Sited on a plot of just over 10 hectares, Oda is a project that will consist of around 1,000 (thousand) apartments in 8-story towers, resulting in 7 different typologies adapting to the diverse needs and characteristics of the families that will inhabit them.
The goal of the project is the creation of a residential complex with exceptional design that exalts architecture and art, connecting the different buildings through a landscape architecture that includes water mirrors, lakes, paths, recreational and sports areas with the aim of elevating the quality of life of its inhabitants.
Art will be present through various works specially curated for the project, both in the common areas and in different outdoor zones integrated into the landscape architecture."
